I contacted them over Instagram DM to let them know that a couple of my tea bags came ripped open, (not as a complaint, but to let them know in case they had to contact the manufacturer about it) and they sent me two extra refills free of charge, even though I insisted they didn’t need to. The absolute NICEST customer service experience I have ever had. Will DEFINITELY be buying ALL my tea from here from now on 😊😊
This tea is sweet and delicious! Even the moment you open the tea The scent just hits you. I love that the tea is not too strong and the peach and herbs arent too sweet. It is such a perfect balance. I have tried this not only hot but cold as well. It is the perfect tea! I also love how well the tin is designed with bio and facts about the character, the ingredients, and even the stores bio on the lid. I will be buying a refill soon! 🍑☕
The peach taste and aroma of this has been amazing! I had first tried this tea during the winter for in the mornings, and the smell alone got me hooked. Then just recently I had tried it iced and it's instantly become my favorite summertime drink. The mellow peach taste of this is super yummy cold! Thank you guys!

I adore this tea. Momoko and Jun greet me in the mornings when I open my tea drawer, and I have the chibi stickers on my phone case, to enjoy throughout my day! The art is so pretty, the tin is the perfect size, and best of all, the tea really is bingeable! I usually have two to four cups of tea a day. I really like finishing my day with this peach tea, it’s refreshing, sweet, and smells wonderful! My only regret is not buying a refill bag alongside the tin. It’s really that good!
