Tea Quality.
All of our blends go through a system with distinct standards and checks for product and production safety. Raw ingredient quality checks are the first step taken to ensure blends are up to standards. Depending on the quality of ingredient, extra steps to ensure cleanliness may be necessary. These steps may include methods such as: treated with CO² and steam, or an air separator is applied. Laser sorters or x-ray detectors can also be used if necessary. After our quality checks are approved, our ingredients are properly stored. Cheeby Tea is certified in International Food Standards along with additional, internal requirements. We go the extra mile to ensure our customers can enjoy every cup with confidence and serenity.
Our Sustainability.
Cheeby Tea is devoted to continuously improving and reducing our environmental footprint. We use an alternative to plastic bags, called cellulose bags or wood fiber bags. These are the sustainable alternative to plastic materials. These clear bags are produced from renewable raw wood fibers that are entirely biodegradable. In addition, our pyramid shaped tea bags are made from renewable raw materials (sustainable, biodegradable PLA) as well as Aroma-safe. As our Cheeby family grows, we will continue to find more ways to keep our company green and sustainable. It is our duty as our generation to keep our planet safe and healthy for future generations.
